The Warrenton Head Start center is located in Warrenton, Oregon. Warrenton and Astoria are in Clatsop County, which is located at the northwest tip of Oregon. The area of Astoria and Warrenton is the western end of the Lewis & Clark Trail. Warrenton is a city of 4,500 people and is bordered by the Pacific Ocean on the west and the Columbia River on the north. Astoria is a city of 10,000 people is located along the Columbia River .
The Warrenton Center was built in 1996 to serve children from the cities of Warrenton and Astoria. Currently the center has 4 classes and serves 68 children and their families.
